Delhi - Jodhpur

Today post breakfast, check out and in time transfer to Delhi Airport to take your flight for Jodhpur a city ringed by high stone walls with seven gates and several bastions. This second largest city of Rajasthan was founded by Rao Jodha in 1459 A.D. Owing to its unique pale blue architecture, Jodhpur is often referred as the ‘blue hued city’ of Rajasthan.

Discover Osian ( 65 Kms / 01 ½ Hrs – One Way )

Today post breakfast drive to Osian and visit rural village is an ancient town located in the Jodhpur District of Rajasthan state in western India. It is an oasis in the Thar Desert, and has been known as the “Khajuraho of Rajasthan” for its temples. The town is a panchayat village and the headquarters for Osian tehsil.
It is famous for many beautiful temples that existed for centuries. These temples have been beautifully constructed. Some of these are Jain temples and there are Sachiya Mata Mandir, Surya Mandir, Harihar Temple, Pipala Devi Mandir, Shiv Temple and Vishnu Temple. Jain temples are from 8th to 11th century. The Sun Temple and the Shivaliya Temple are known for their beauty.

Today post breakfast drive to Udaipur, a serene city set in the scenic valley of Aravalli hills, surrounded by three lakes – Lake Pichola, Fateh Sagar and Udai Sagar.

En route visit the famous Jain Temples at Ranakpur. Built in the 15th century, Ranakpur temples are one of the largest Jain temples in India. The temples are known for their architecture, grand structures and exquisite sculptures.

Continue drive to Udaipur. Upon arrival at Udaipur, check in at your hotel for 3 nights stay.

Post breakfast, visit the 16th century City Palace, one of the largest palace complexes in Rajasthan comprising residence of the current Maharaja, heritage hotels, museums and galleries, courtyards and reception halls where royal events take place even today; visit the Vintage & Classic Car Collection which is unveiled in its entirety to the general public, All the vehicles on show have belonged to the Maharanas of Mewar both past and present. Despite some vehicles being over seventy years old, each one has been painstakingly restored so that they are in working order. The collection is housed in the original former Mewar State Motor Garage, a glorious setting for such a fine assortment of vehicles; Jagdish Temple, the 17th century Indo Aryan temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu (Laxmi Narayan), the preserver of the Universe.

Later enjoy the visit Monsoon Palace, which is also known as the Sajjan Garh Palace, is a hilltop palatial residence in the city of Udaipur, Rajasthan in India, overlooking the Fateh Sagar Lake, The palace offers a panoramic view of the city's lakes, palaces and surrounding countryside. It was built chiefly to watch the monsoon clouds; hence, appropriately, it is popularly known as Monsoon Palace.

Later in evening witness The Mewar Sound and Light Show, Udaipur held every evening at Manek Chowk in the City Palace, this sound-and-light show introduces visitors to the history of the kingdom of Mewar.
